It has a front button closure with covered buttons and a shirt collar.
There are two chest pockets with dark blue flaps and a Velcro closure.
The cuffs are closed with Velcro; a double reflective band is placed around the chest and sleeve. Additionally, it has a Velcro on the right side of the chest.
This type of fabric is composed of a high-visibility fabric base of 60% cotton, 40% non-shrink polyester with the dark blue part made of 65% polyester gabardine and 35% cotton fabric.
